Orientation

In order for employees to better understand the culture, the development, and the vision of the company, Chung-jye arranges a special orientation for them. It includes a brief introduction of enterprise, salary, rules and the regulations, rights of employees, and so on. By orientation, the new employees get to know about Chung-Jye, and their workplace.

Technical Training

In order for new employees to master the fundamental techniques as soon as possible, Chung-Jye arranges trainings and orientation specifically for those who positioned at production lines. Also, Chung-Jye assigns experienced workers to be the mentor for newly hired employees, helping them to adapt to the skills and procedures.

Management Training

To promote management abilities and to build up a highly-effective management team, Chung-Jye boosts employees’ enthusiasm, initiative, and to combines the training credits with promotion. Chung-Jye sets up a TTT trainer team that involves in developing the diverse training courses for different levels of management staffs.

Safety Training

To promote  safety awareness among staffs, Chung-Jye specially develops a variety of safety trainings program for new employees and experienced workers alike. The specialty training courses include code of conduct, anti-terrorism, fire prevention, and occupational safety and health.
