An-Che Liu

Mr. An Che Liu graduated from Southern Methodist University in the United States and has the necessary work experience in business, legal affairs, finance, accounting or corporate affairs. He joined Chung Jye Group in 2001 and has accumulated more than 20 years of experience in footwear manufacturing and large-scale enterprise operations. He has served as the chief executive officer （CEO）and chairman of Chung Jye Group since 2023.06.15

Chiung-Wen Liu

Ms. Chiung Wen Liu graduated from Southern Methodist University in the United States. Ms. Liu joined Chung Jye Group in 1999 and served as executive secretary to the chairman and mainly coordinated various administrative operations within the company. She has more than 20 years of experience in business administration and footwear manufacturing and took over as the group’s vice chairman, and chief human resources officer （CHRO/CHO）since 2023.

Yu-Hsuan Liu

Mr. Yu Hsuan Liu joined Chung Jye Group in 2005 and served as the deputy general manager of the group’s business from 2005 to 2023, leading the company’s footwear manufacturing business development. During this period, he accumulated nearly 20 years of business operation and other related experience. Since 2023 He has been the general manager of Chung Jye Group.

Cheng-Wen Cheng

Mr. Cheng Wen Cheng has served as an independent director of Chung Jye Group since 2023. Before that, Mr. Cheng served as the leader of Taiwan Cooperative Bank and the deputy general manager of E.SUN Commercial Bank. He has more than 40 years of experience in financial industry management and large enterprise operations; He is also currently an independent director of APEX Dynamics, Inc. and SDI Corporation.

Kuan-Cheng Ko

Mr. Kuan Cheng Ko has served as an independent director of Chung Jye Group since 2023. Mr. Ko has a doctorate in finance from the National Central University and has a professional background in finance. Since 2018, Mr. Ko has served as the secretary general of the Financial Engineering Association of Taiwan and The Taiwan Finance Association; supervisor of Asian Finance Association; Distinguished Professor, Department of Banking and Finance, National Chi Nan University.

Fu-Chiang Tsai

Mr. Fu Chiang Tsai has served as an independent director of Chung Jye Group since 2023. Mr. Tsai graduated from National Taipei University Department of Law. He has a legal background and has more than 20 years of experience in law firms. He has served as legal consultant of the Taiwan Bar Association; Currently also serves as a committee member of Association of World Citizens (Taiwan)

Ming-Hui Hsieh

Ms. Ming Hui Hsieh has served as an independent director of Chung Jye Group since 2024. Ms. Hsieh holds a doctorate in finance from National Chung Hsing University and has a professional background in business management and finance. Prior to that, Ms. Hsieh served as junior manager of Investment Banking Division, Yuanta Securities Co., Ltd and specialist of the supervision division, Taipei Exchange. She’s also an independent director of General Interface Solution (GIS) Holding Limited and JHU JIAN Catering Co., Ltd.
