Diversity And Human Rights In The Workplace

  • No employment discrimination, no discrimination based on gender, race, religious beliefs, disability, marital status, age, sexual orientation, nationality, political opinions, social status, social or ethnic background and other factors, and develop a detailed code of conduct .
  • In accordance with local laws and regulations, child labor is prohibited.
  • In accordance with international norms, local laws and other relevant regulations, it is prohibited to use the threat of any punishment to force employees to engage in any non-voluntary labor or services.
  • Establish a clear internal human rights policy and a detailed code of conduct within the company, covering anti-discrimination, anti-harassment, working hours and wages, etc., to ensure that all employees are aware of and comply with it.

Implement Gender Equality

  • Promote maternity leave, paternity leave, parental leave, family care leave, etc. in accordance with the law, and all factories have lactation rooms attached.
