In 1978, Chung Jye founders Mr. Liu Hsin-Kuo and Mrs. Liu Ho Yu-Ling entered the footwear industry, starting with shoe upper processing and export orders to Japan. With precise delivery schedules and consistently excellent quality, they earned strong customer trust. In 1983, Chung Jye Footwear was established in Daya, Taichung, and over 40 years of operations has built a solid foundation, with manufacturing techniques and development capabilities highly recognized by clients. Today, Chung Jye is not only an OEM footwear producer, but a major manufacturer of world-class athletic shoes, leather shoes, and casual footwear. In 1998, to expand production capacity and strengthen competitiveness, the company expanded internationally, investing in a factory in Zhaoqing, Guangdong, China, while also actively establishing operations in Jiangxi and Henan provinces. Currently, Chung Jye Group has 11 production facilities in China. In 2015, the Group expanded into Vietnam, and as of 2024, there are 4 production bases in Vietnam, located in Tuyen Quang, Ninh Binh, Hai Duong, and Bac Kan provinces. Production facilities in Indonesia and India are also being planned. Through global expansion, Chung Jye continues to increase production capacity to meet brand client demands.
