Investor Question Company Response
Could you elaborate on what the "StridePlus" management optimization plan entails? Facing challenges brought about by reciprocal tariffs and overall macroeconomic shifts, the Group's operational performance this year did not meet original expectations. Consequently, we are actively responding to industry and market changes by focusing resources on operational aspects within our direct control, while preparing for industry recovery. To this end, the Group launched the "StridePlus" management optimization plan, focusing on strengthening internal management and operational efficiency. This includes refining past KPI setting and target tracking mechanisms, clarifying team responsibilities, and boosting team motivation to acquire new clients by attracting top talent and establishing clearer incentive systems. These initiatives are already being implemented and are expected to yield tangible results. Furthermore, the Group is enhancing supplier management and introducing automated processes to improve operational efficiency and cost control, continually reinforcing overall business resilience and competitiveness.
Approximately what proportion of total costs do raw materials represent? How is Chung Jye addressing rising raw material prices? Looking at the breakdown of manufacturing costs across materials, labor, and overhead, raw materials account for approximately 50%, making cost control a high priority for the Group. To further optimize cost management, the Group promotes the StridePlus plan, enhancing supplier management and cost optimization momentum through organizational and governance adjustments, and continuously strengthening supply chain management efficiency. Simultaneously, regarding raw material price fluctuations and their impacts, the Group actively communicates with brand clients. Discussions are underway to collaboratively address cost changes and enhance operational效益 through supplier management, internal cost optimization, and client collaboration.
