Title	Name	Education, Experience & Professional Background
Chairman	An-Che Liu	Mr. An-Che Liu graduated from Southern Methodist University in the United States and joined Chung Jye Group in 2001. He previously served as General Manager of subsidiary companies within the Group, accumulating over twenty years of experience in footwear manufacturing and large enterprise management. He has served as Chairman of the third Board of Directors of Chung Jye Group since June 15, 2026.
Director	Chiung-Wen Liu	Ms. Chiung-Wen Liu graduated from Southern Methodist University in the United States and joined Chung Jye Group in 1999. During her career, she served as Executive Secretary to the Chairman, coordinating various internal administrative affairs. She has more than twenty years of experience in business administration and footwear manufacturing. She has been Chief Human Resources Officer of the Group since 2023 and has served as a Director on the third Board of Directors since June 15, 2026.
Director	Yu-Hsuan Liu	Mr. Yu-Hsuan Liu joined Chung Jye Group in 2005. From 2005 to 2023, he served as Vice President of Business of the Group, leading the business development of footwear manufacturing. He accumulated nearly twenty years of corporate management experience, became General Manager of Chung Jye Group in 2023, and concurrently took on the role of CEO in 2025.
Independent Director	Wen-Cheng Cheng	Mr. Wen-Cheng Cheng has served as an Independent Director on the third Board of Directors of Chung Jye Group since 2026. Previously, he served as Section Chief at Taiwan Cooperative Bank and Vice President at E.SUN Bank, possessing more than forty years of experience in financial industry management and large enterprise operations. Mr. Cheng currently also serves as an Independent Director of Taiwan Precision Gear Corp. (4583), Shunde Industrial Corp. (2351), and Chong Shun Co., Ltd. (7763).
Independent Director	Kuan-Cheng Ke	Mr. Kuan-Cheng Ke has served as an Independent Director on the third Board of Directors of Chung Jye Group since 2026. Mr. Ke holds a Ph.D. in Finance from National Central University, specializing in finance. From 2018 to present, Mr. Ke has served as Deputy Secretary-General of the Taiwan Financial Engineering Association and Taiwan Finance Association, Director of the Asian Finance Association, and Distinguished Professor of Finance at National Chi Nan University.
Independent Director	Fu-Chiang Tsai	Mr. Fu-Chiang Tsai has served as an Independent Director on the third Board of Directors of Chung Jye Group since 2026. Mr. Tsai graduated from National Taipei University with a degree in Law and has a professional background in legal affairs. He has more than twenty years of practicing experience in law firms and has served as a legal consultant on the National Bar Association of the Republic of China. Currently, he also serves as a committee member of the UN NGO Association of World Citizens Taiwan.
Independent Director	Ming-Hui Hsieh	Ms. Ming-Hui Hsieh has served as an Independent Director on the third Board of Directors of Chung Jye Group since 2026. She has professional work experience in commerce, law, finance, accounting, or company operations, providing rich practical experience and professional capability to help strengthen corporate governance and supervision.
