Audit Committee
The Audit Committee of Chung Jye Group consists of all independent directors, with four members in total, one of whom serves as the convener. All members possess professional expertise in legal, financial, accounting, and related fields. The Committee aims to assist the Board of Directors in supervising the company's financial and accounting internal controls and operational integrity.
