Remuneration Committee
The members of the Remuneration Committee of Chung Jye Group are appointed by resolution of the Board of Directors, and their number shall not be less than three, with one of them serving as the convener. With a prudent and objective attitude, the Remuneration Committee of the company reviews the performance evaluation policies and remuneration packages of directors and managers on a regular basis every year.
