Sustainability Committee

In order to practice environmental protection and deepen the vision of sustainable development, the Sustainability Development Committee of Chung Jye Group is composed of the Chairman serving as the convener and all directors serving as members, which includes 4 independent directors. The Sustainability Committee follows the Sustainable Development Best Practice Principles, focuses on ESG aspects, thoroughly implements corporate governance, develops a sustainable environment, maintains social public welfare, and enhances the disclosure of corporate sustainable development information. It holds regular meetings every year to review the implementation status of the company's sustainable development work, and formulate future sustainable work goals and key points for the group.
