"Taking from society and giving back to society" is the cornerstone of Chung Jye Group's philosophy. We deeply understand that corporate success stems from societal support and trust. When facing the needs of diverse communities, we spare no effort in responding through tangible actions.
As the Group grew, founders Mr. Liu Hsin-Kuo and Mrs. Liu Ho Yu-Ling prioritized social contribution and caring for disadvantaged groups. Over the decades, their philanthropic initiatives have extended beyond Taiwan across global communities, shining a warm light on those in need.
To expand this positive impact, Mr. Liu Hsin-Kuo, Mrs. Liu Ho Yu-Ling, and charitable partners established the "Chung Jye Charity Foundation" in 2024, aiming to mobilize wider societal engagement and foster virtuous cycles of mutual support.

Chung Jye actively implements corporate social responsibility through local community roots, investing dedicated resources across public safety, environmental cleanup, vulnerable care, and essential school infrastructure across global operating hubs.
Headquarters Community Welfare & Public Safety Support
In addition to philanthropic work via the Chung Jye Charity Foundation, Taiwan headquarters invested NT$ 213,000 in 2025 to support local community development and public safety organizations, including the Liubao Community Development Association in Daya District, Taichung Civil Defense Corps, and Greater Taichung Friends of Police Association, strengthening local neighborhood care, public safety, and emergency response capabilities.
The Shanggao facility promotes mutual community growth through environmental sanitation, nursing home visits, welfare home support, and blood donation drives. In 2025, employee volunteers partnered with local unions and neighborhood representatives to clean roadways, flower beds, and public areas, enhancing community hygiene and raising environmental awareness.
The Ninh Binh plant focuses on community safety and vital living infrastructure. In 2024, it launched a traffic safety initiative, installing 34 speed bumps to reduce vehicular hazards and protect residents and commuting workers around the factory perimeters.
Furthermore, since 2018, Vietnam facilities have driven the "Clean Water for the Future" school water tower construction and maintenance program, enhancing drinking water facilities across 3 local primary schools with over 750 student-times benefited. Chung Jye actively safeguards children's health and plans to expand the initiative to broader regions in Vietnam.
